We will look at how breathing and moving influences health, strength and mindfulness. Putting together my experience from tai chi, qi gong, hatha-, vinyasa-, yin- and kundalini yoga I'll share what I have to best support your growth and wellbeing. Come join us to dive into this growth facilitating process. Every Thursday starting at 7pm at YouIWe studio in Wetzikon, Kastellstrasse 6.
